Meet the author

Rita Williams writes from lived faith, compassion, and hope.

Rita is a married mother of four and grandmother of three. She grew up in Sacramento, California, and her Christian faith helped her overcome a family background marked by drugs, gangs, and abuse.

After retiring at 60, she began writing. Her first novel, An Angel for Amanda, was released on her 61st birthday. Her work with pro-life pregnancy centers and women in abusive or desperate situations deeply informs the heart of her stories.

Today, Rita lives in Sparks, Nevada, and continues writing books that point readers toward healing, forgiveness, and the love of God.
